I have known and worked with Paula and Richard the past two years. I have found them to be extremely professional courteous, respectful and conscientious in regard to the training of my one year old English Bulldog who was very aggressive. As a devoted and loving dog owner, living and co-existing with our aggressive, territorial, and possessive dog was draining and exhausting. We hired Impact K9 to help us.

Oliver had bitten several family members and we were at a loss as to what to do. After just one visit from Paula and Richard we started to have hope that we would be able to regain control over our household. Their work with us and with Oliver was amazing we saw changes right away. The training was exactly what we needed. Both Paula and Richard were accommodating to our schedules. They were sensitive to our needs and most of all they were always there when we needed them. I have recommended Impact K9 Training to several of my co-workers and friends and will continue to do so.

Because of the incredible work and support from Paula and Richard we are now responsible dog owners and are fully equipped with all of the necessary tools to support and provide a healthy home for our dogs. With the tools we learned from Paula and Richard, we now are able to take back control of our home and our lives. The training they provided was deeply appreciated and the changes we've had to make in our home are consistent and ongoing. Thier training is whole life changes. I am extremely grateful and forever indebted to them for everything they did for us. I will continue to use them for everything dog training related in the future.

I have had the pleasure of utilizing the service of Impact K9 Training Since November 22, 2022. I adopted my Rottweiller from them and have since enrolled in their training classes as well.

Richard and Paula Nourse have been extremely professional, Courteous and respectful. The progress my dog has made is remarkable. I am very impressed with their skills and knowledge. They are both very passionate about training and love dogs.

The service I have received from them has both been top notch and I have recommended them to a few other people that have asked about training.

Anyone who is lucky enough to come across Richard and Paula will not be disappointed with their abilities as trainers, or their passion for dogs. I feel very fortunate to have met them.

There is only one word to describe how I feel about these two trainers.....AWESOME!

My dog and I went through training with Richard yrs ago when Jenx was just a pup, as he got older we wanted to advance his skills so I called Richard and like Johnny on the spot...he was here. Went through a few more classes with him and 2yrs later he is as obedience as I could ever want him to be.

Fabulous people, their customer service is amazing and everyone should be using them for their dogs.

My long-term goal was to train my dog to be my Service Dog. I took Obedience Lessons with Richard and we learned alot about communicating with my dog and a positive way to get the most out of him. After those classes and a few months of fine tuning, Paula stepped in to take over the Service Dog Classes. Lessons are still going on, but we have accomplished alot. My dog will be a Medical Alert Dog so we are working on both Public Access and Scent Alerting. It is going GREAT!!

I am very happy with the training and it was well worth the cost.

Highly recommended to anyone for Obedience or Service Dog Training.

We were at the end of the rope with our dogs. I was considering rehoming. Richard & Paula helped us understand what was going on, how to change it and what changes needed to be made long-term. Easy, Easy Stuff!! Training was fun and rewarding and the kids were able to be involved.

If we were to get another dog, they are the first I would call to get things started RIGHT!

We had gone through training with another local trainer and things just did not go well. I think it was more the idea that all dogs were trained the same.

I found Paula & Richard and when they came out for our evaluation, and she told us "There is not a One Size Fits All type of training" I knew this was right. They listened to what we had tried and what's going on. Then we tried a couple different things and approaches and my dog just responded like we were speaking the same language. It was amazing.

I recommend them to everyone I know or I come across that is having issues with their dog.
